笼养褐马鸡繁殖期行为与其粪便中性激素的变化  

Behaviors and Hormones of Cage Cultured Brown Eared Pheasants(Crossoptilon mantchuricum) during Reproduction-period

摘　　要：2012年3—5月在山西省庞泉沟国家级自然保护区对笼养褐马鸡的繁殖期行为进行了研究,并运用非损伤取样法采集褐马鸡的粪便样品,提取粪便样品中的睾酮并用酶免法(EILSA)进行测定。结果表明,笼养褐马鸡繁殖期主要行为有觅食、游走、静栖、理羽、沙浴、警戒和繁殖。繁殖行为中,发现雄性有两种不同的交配方式且配偶有固定和不固定两种情况。其中,繁殖期配偶固定或不固定的雄性褐马鸡在行为上没有显著差异(P>0.05);具有不同的领域行为的雄性褐马鸡,在静栖和警戒两种行为上具有显著差异(P<0.05);粪便样品中的睾酮测定结果显示,配偶不固定的雄性褐马鸡睾酮值显著高于配偶固定的个体(P<0.05),领域行为强的雄性褐马鸡睾酮值极显著高于领域行为较弱的个体(P<0.01)。During March to May,2012,we studied the behaviors of cage cultured Brown Eared Pheasants（ Crossoptilon mantchuricum） in reproductive-period of Pangquangou National Reserve,used noninvasive sampling technique to select the feces of Brown Eared Pheasant,extracted the testosterone in the feces samples,and measured the concentration of the testosterone with ELISA. Seven behaviors of cage cultured Brown Eared Pheasants were dominated including feeding,walking,resting,preening,sun-bathing,alert and breeding. In the breeding behavior,the males had two kinds of mating fashions and their mates were fixed or unfixed. The behaviors had no significant difference（ P 0. 05） between fixed males or unfixed mates,but males with different territorial behaviors had a significant difference（ P 0.05） in resting and alert. The results of testosterone concentration revealed that males whose mates were unfixed had a significant level of testosterone concentration than those which had fixed mates（ P〈0.05）,the males with enhanced territorial behaviors had an extremely significant level of testosterone concentration than those which had weak territorial behaviors（ P〈0.05）.
