摘　　要：基于天然异龄林林分生长与经营特性、以及现阶段天然异龄林资产评估存在问题,深入探讨天然异龄林资产评估"柠檬化"的表现、原因、后果等,并建议应从行政治理机制、信号显示机制、声誉机制、质保机制、第三方认证机制等五个方面开展预防和治理。Natural uneven-aged stands and other types differ in growth characteristics, structure function and management. Based on the analysis of growth characteristics of natural uneven-aged stands and existing problems at the present stage of natural uneven-aged stands asset evaluation, In this article lemon performance, causes, and consequences of natural uneven-aged stands asset evaluation were thoroughly discussed. Finally, administrative governance mechanism, signal display mechanism, reputation mechanism, quality assurance mechanism and authentication mechanism of independent third party were put out to prevent and control lemon effect of natural unevenaged stands asset evaluation.
