摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米铁酸铋,用作荧光光度法测定大气微颗粒物中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)计量时的Fenton试剂。在水解液中加盐酸(1+1)溶液中和并用0.03mol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲溶液控制酸度至pH7,加入铁酸铋0.0500g及过氧化氢使其浓度在100mL总体积中达0.02moL·L-1,进行光催化Fenton反应3.5h。根据在417nm处所测得荧光强度,可对所含PAEs进行定量。邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的浓度在3.8×10-7~4.8×10-5mol.L叫范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为5.43×10^-8 mol·L-1.加标回收率在90.89/6~108%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(N-7)在2.1%~8.3%之间。Nano-Bismuth ferrate (BiFeO3) was prepared by the sol-gel method and used as Fenton reagent in the fluorophotometric determination of phthalates (PAEs) in atmospheric microparticles. The hydrolysate was neutralized with HC1 (1+1) solution and its acidity was controlled at pH 7 with 0. 03 tool · L-1 phosphate buffer solution. Bismuth ferrate (0. 050 0 g) and HzO2 were added to render to concentration of H202 attained to 0. 02 mol · L-1 in a total volume of 100 mL. The solution was irradiated under a high-pressure mercury lamp for 3.5 h to carry out the photocatalytic heterogeneous Fentonr s reaction. Determination of PAE's was performed by measuring the fluorescence intensity (IF) at 417 nm. Taking diethylphthalate (DEP) as example, linear relationship between values of Iv and concentration of DEP was kept in the range of 3. 8× 10-7 -4. 8× 10-Smol · L-1 , with its detection limit (3S/N) of 5.43 ×10-8 tool · L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 90. 8% to 108%, with values of RSD’s (n=7) ranged from 2. 1% to 8. 3%.
