摘 要:提出了气相色谱-质谱法测定空气中8种挥发性酚类化合物含量的方法。空气样品采用硅胶吸附管采集,丙酮淋洗解吸。在气相色谱分离中用HP—VOC色谱柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式。采用内标法定量。8种挥发性酚类化合物的线性范围均为0.20~10.0mg·L-1,检出限在1.5~5.2/μg·m1之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在80.4%0~86.7%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.7%~3.9%0之间。A method of GC-MS for the determination of 8 volatile phenols in air was proposed. The air sample was collected with silica adsorption tube, and desorbed by rinsing with acetone. HP-VOC chromatographic column was used for GC separation and selected ion monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination. Internal standard method was used for quantification. Linearity ranges of the 8 volatile phenols were found same between 0. 20-10. 0 mg· L-1 with detection limits in the range of 1.5--5.2μg · m-3. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method, values of recovery found were in the range of 80. 4%-86. 7%, with RSD's (n=5) in the range of 1.7%-3.9%.
