摘  要:目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)对体外培养黑素细胞增殖及黑素代谢的影响。方法不同剂量的NB-UVB作用于体外培养纯的黑素细胞,细胞增殖与活性测定试剂盒(Cell counting kit-8,CCK-8)测定黑素细胞增殖的影响;多巴氧化方法测定酪氨酸酶活性,Na OH裂解法测定黑素含量。结果 NB-UVB对体外培养黑素细胞的增殖有明显抑制作用,且有剂量依赖效应;而对黑素细胞的酪氨酸酶活性及黑素生成有不同程度的促进作用。结论 NB-UVB对黑素细胞的增殖具有抑制作用,而对其功能有促进作用。Objective To study the impacts of NB-UVB on cell proliferation and metabolism in cultured human melanocytes. Methods Melanoeytes was incubated different doses of NB-UVB. Melanoeytes proliferation was detected by CCK-8 method. The activity of tyrosinase was tested by dopa oxidization reaction. Melanogenesis was detected by NaOI-I assay. Results MeIanoeytes proliferation was significantly inhibited by NB-UVB, the effect of NB-UVB on melanocytes was dose-dependent. Tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis was promoted by NB-UVB in varying degrees. Conclusion Melanoeytes proliferation is directly inhibited by NB-UVB, but tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis of melanocytes is promoted by NB-UVB.
