黄芪注射液穴位注射对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠皮肤的干预性研究

摘　　要：目的研究黄芪注射液穴位注射对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠皮肤的干预作用。方法将小鼠随机分为模型组、黄芪组、生理盐水组和对照组4组,每组10只。除对照组外,每天于小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖(125 mg/kg),连续42 d,制备小鼠亚急性衰老模型。在造模21 d后,黄芪组小鼠在其两侧足三里穴位注射黄芪注射液,每侧穴位注射0.01 m L;生理盐水组在同样穴位注射等量生理盐水。连续注射21 d后处死,分别检测各组小鼠血清与皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量。结果对照组与模型组小鼠血清及皮肤组织中的各项上述指标相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);黄芪组与模型组比较可提高衰老小鼠血清和皮肤中SOD活性(P<0.01),增加HYP含量(P<0.01),降低MDA含量(P<0.01);生理盐水组与模型组比较各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液穴位注射可阻止由D-半乳糖引起的衰老现象,对延缓和预防皮肤衰老具有一定作用。Objective To investigate the interventional effect of Astragalus with injection into point against skin aging mice induced by D-galaetose. Methods 40 mice were divided into four groups randomly including model group, astragalus group, normal saline and control group. Then every group besides control group was injected D-galactose （150 mg/kg） daily in order to prepare sub-acute aging model. The mice of astragalus group were injected astragalus into both sides of zusanli point by dose of 0.01 mL, at the same time, normal saline group had the same dose for 21 days. The activity of SOD, content of MDA and HYP were evaluated when the mice were injected for another 21 days. Results The activity of SOD, content of MDA and HYP of serum and skin detected from the mice in control group and model group were significant difference （P〈0.01）. Compared with model group, Astragalus could increase the activity of SOD and content of HYP of serum and skin, but the content of MDA was crosscurrent （P〈0.01）. The above indexes coming from model and normal saline group had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Astragalus injected into point can prevent the skin aging induced by D-galactose, maybe it has the function of protection against premature aging.
