摘　　要：在中国经济增长进入"新常态"下,抓住机遇、适应新常态是安徽经济社会发展要实现的首要目标。针对安徽经济社会在新常态下的发展变化和障碍,政府要为安徽经济顺利适应新常态有所作为,就要采取一系列政策措施:促进制度创新、完善市场制度体系,有效承接产业转移、优化经济结构,扩大三大需求、实施需求拉动和创新驱动战略,大力发展职业教育、提高人力资源素质,扩大经济增长点、实现多极发展。Under China＇s economic growth into the ＂new normal＂, seizing opportunities and adapting to the new normal is the primary goal of economic and social development of Anhui province. For the main features and the developmental disabilities of Anhui economics under the new normal, the government must take a series of policies to upgrade Anhui economic transition smoothly, including promoting institutional innovation and improving the market institutional system, expanding the three requirements and implementing demand-driven and innovation-driven strategy, developing vocational education vigorously and improving the quality of human resources, and expanding economic growth to achieve a multi-polar development.
