摘　　要：随着国际木材资源的越来越紧缺,对非法采伐的研究就显得更为重要,文章通过对中国非法采伐概念的界定、相关贸易问题、打击非法采伐的法律、策略以及别国经验等四个方面梳理了中国非法采伐研究的现状,分析中国非法采伐研究存在的问题:概念界定模糊、相关问题和制度研究较少、研究不够深入等,最后展望中国非法采伐研究的前景。With the growing shortage of timber resources worldwide, the research on illegal logging is becoming even more important. This article first reviews the status of China＇s illegal logging researches from four aspects including the definition of the concept of illegal logging in China, associated trade issues, laws and strategies for combating illegal logging, and other countries experience. Then this article analyzes the problems existing in the researches on illegal logging in China： the definition of the concept of illegal logging is unclear, researches on related issues and systems insufficient and in-depth research lacking. Finally, this article looks into the prospects of researches on illegal logging in China.
