摘 要:采用离子交换法吸附环氧丙烷皂化废水中的氯离子,分别在静态和动态条件下,对D201X7型强碱性小孔阴离子交换树脂的工作条件进行了优化.在静态状况下,比较了不同条件下树脂对氯离子的处理效果,结果表明:树脂用量为6.0 g、搅拌时间为10 min、废水p H值6到8时处理效果最佳.在动态状况下,研究了不同流量下树脂对氯的吸附效果,结果表明:流量越小处理效果越好,但必需考虑单位时间的处理量,选择流量0.2 m L/s左右.在同样条件下,还研究了再生以后树脂对氯的吸附效果,只有原树脂处理能力的60%左右.Here we adopts the ion exchange method to adsorb chlorine ion from saponification in propylene epoxide production waste water. Under static conditions. experiment parameters( p H,contacting time and dosage of resin)were evaluated. And the effect of flow rates on ion exchanges was studied under dynamic conditions. The results indicate that 6. 0 g resin,10 min contacting time,p H 6 to 8 are the best conditions for static adsorption,and the better effect the smaller flux at dynamic. But for practical applications,the flow rate of the treating sample should be taking into consideration,thus the flux was set at 2. 0 m L/s. Under the optimized conditions,the reproducibility of the resin was also inspected. The result showes that the adsorption efficienty of the reused resin was decreased by40% compared with the original one.
