合成香料废水处理工程技术优化研究

摘　　要：合成香料生产废水含有大量有毒有害物质,属于难生物降解废水.河南省某香料生产公司原采用"催化氧化预处理+厌氧+好氧"工艺处理其香料废水;但由于设备老化和技术缺陷致使生产废水出水水质不达标;故针对废水特性,对原有工程进行改造,采用"气浮+催化氧化预处理+厌氧+好氧+吸附"工艺.改造后COD由原出水1200 mg/L降到43.2 mg/L,达到了国家GB 8978-1996《废水综合排放标准》一级标准要求.Synthetic perfume wastewater contains large amounts of toxic and hazardous substances,are biodegradable waste. Some spice production company in Henan Province had a ＂catalytic oxidation pretreatment ＋anaerobic ＋ aerobic ＂ perfume wastewater treatment process. However,due to aging equipment and technical defects resulting wastewater effluent quality is not up to. So for the wastewater characteristics,transformation of the original project by use of ＂catalytic oxidation pretreatment ＋ flotation ＋ anaerobic ＋ aerobic ＋ Adsorption ＂technology. After transformation,the original effluent concentration of COD from 1200 mg/L down to 43. 2 mg /L. The original effluent concentration of COD Up to the national GB 8978- 1996 ＂Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard＂a standard requirement.
