市场经济视域下我国体育教师职业发展的“SWOT”分析与对策研究

摘　　要：为促进市场经济体制下我国体育教师职业及学校体育事业的健康发展,运用现代管理学的"SWOT"分析法对市场经济下我国体育教师职业发展现状进行分析,研究结果显示:市场经济背景下通过体育运动进行休闲健身的群体日渐增多,这成为体育教师职业发展的一种优势,也为我国体育教师职业提供了良好的发展机遇;但是,长期的应试教育及体育教师劳动价值的内隐性与滞后性特点始终成为我国体育教师职业发展的劣势,同时市场经济趋利的本性及重科研、轻教学的教育评价导向成为市场经济视域下体育教师职业发展的一种威胁.To promote the healthy development of sports teachers＇ professional and school sports under the market economy system,＂SWOT＂analysis of modern management is applied in this article to analyze the present situation of our country sports teachers＇ professional development. The result shows that： there is an increasing number of leisure and fitness group who try to keep healthy through sports, which becomes an advantage for career development of sport teachers. Besides, it also provides a good opportunity for our country sports teachers＇ professional development. However,long- term exam- oriented education and sport teachers＇ implicit and lagging labor value are disadvantages for sports teachers＇ professional development. Meanwhile,it becomes a threat to sports teachers＇ professional development due to the nature of market economy of seeking profit,emphasizing scientific research and neglecting teaching.
