摘　　要：地区级农业科研单位是我国农业科研队伍中的生力军,其研究成果更适用于区域性农业生产。以江苏省农科院系统中的农区所为例,通过总结知识产权经营管理工作的体会及其存在的不足,提出了加强农业科研单位知识产权经营管理工作的设想。The prefecture-level agricultural scientific research institutions are the new forces of agricultural scientific research troops in our country, and their research achievements are more applicable to the regional agricultural production. Here we took the prefecture-level agricultural scientific research institutions of Jiangsu province as examples, summarized their experiences in the management work of intellectual property, discussed the existent deficiencies, and put forward some suggestions on strengthening the intellectual property management work of agricultural scientific research institutions.
