摘　　要：河南省建设用地全程动态监管系统以土地审批业务为基础，以建设用地供应数据为核心，系统整合全省建设用地数据，建立起用地数据中心，使全省的建设用地业务形成“批、征、供、查”一条线，规范了土地业务，加强了土地的监管系统，极大地推进了河南建设用地信息化的步伐。Construction land dynamic monitoring system in Henan province is on the basis of land examination and approval, with the core of construction land supply data and system integration of the provincial construction land data. It establishes the land use data center, forms a law of ＂approve, Levy, supply and check＂ to regulate the land business and strengthen the supervision of the land system, and greatly promote the development of the construction land informatization.
