摘　　要：目前,城市少数民族流动人口服务管理呈现诸多问题,社会化是其发展的必然趋势。专业社会工作的嵌入性发展恰与其在现实境遇和未来趋势上具有契合性。城市少数民族流动人口问题及需求的评估,城市生存与适应能力的提升训练,资源的挖掘、联结和整合以及反映群体诉求并影响政策等四个方面可成为其嵌入的实务领域。在嵌入路径探索上,社区是其嵌入的基本层面,并通过以社区为本的社会工作方法从服务提供者的组织模式、服务对象的求助模式、资源获取模式和服务提供模式四个向度转变原有城市少数民族流动人口的服务管理。The socialization of urban floating ethnic minority population is an inevitable trend, howev- er, many problems occur in the development of service and management at present. The embedment of pro- fessional soeial work fits exactly with the reality of the situation and the future trend. Four aspects could be- come the practical field of its embedment, namely, problem of urban floating ethnic minority population and the needs assessment, enhancement of the training of survival and adaptation ability in urban life, the min- ing, eonnection and integration of resource, responding group demands and influencing policy. In exploring the embedded path, the community eould be served as the basic sphere of the embedment, using the community - based social work methods converts the original the service and management of urban floating eth- nic population from four dimensions, i. e. the organizational model of service providers, the asking - for help model of service object, the obtaining model of resource, the providing model of service.
