摘　　要：基于涂料产品类发明专利申请的特点、创造性审查的主要步骤,分析涂料产品类发明专利申请在创造性审查中的常见问题并给出具体建议。Based on the features of the patent application of coatings products and the main procedures of the creative examination, the current problems during the patent application for coatings in the creative examination are analyzed, and some suggestions are given.
