摘  要:根据船用液压马达维修实际情况,提出维修评价指标,并由此设计了低速大扭矩液压马达维修测试系统。该系统采用单向多泵合流闭式结构,最大流量500 L/min,额定压力32 MPa,被测马达输出端采用多级增速箱连接电涡流测功机进行加载,通用工装设计。系统具有多泵组合变流量节能、电涡流可变加载、测试功率范围宽等特点,适用于不同型号不同排量、大功率范围液压马达的测试,对液压马达维修企业具有重要应用价值。In this paper,a repair detection evaluation of the motor is presented according to the actual situation,based on which the design of motor test system is carried out.The test hydraulic system takes on a kind of closed structure featured on unidirectional pumps confluence,and it can reach up to a flow of 500 L / min and a pressure of32 MPa.The output port the measured motor is connected to a variable eddy current load with a multistage gearbox.A universal tooling is designed,so the system can match a variety of models of motors with different displacements and different forms of tooling.The test system achieves energy saving by combination of pumps and variable loads by eddy current,and suits for a wide power range of motor testing.It is designed for different models in different displacement hydraulic motors of large power range,and will be of great application value for hydraulic motor repair enterprises.
