摘  要:目的观察低强度超声辐照对剖宫产术后子宫复旧的临床疗效。方法 194例剖宫产产妇随机分为试验组96例和对照组98例,试验组行低强度超声辐照治疗,对照组行假辐射治疗。观察两组治疗前后宫底下降高度、恶露情况及疼痛视觉模拟(Vas)评分。结果与对照组比较,治疗后试验组宫底下降指数增大,血性恶露结束时间、总恶露结束时间均缩短,子宫复旧不良率降低(均P<0.05);两组每次治疗前后Vas评分差值的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低强度超声辐照可促进剖宫产术后子宫复旧,缓解子宫疼痛。Objective To study the clinical effect of low intensity ultrasound on uterus involution after cesarean section. Methods Totally 194 puerperas who received cesarean section were randomly divided into experimental group(n=96) and control group (n=96) . The puerperas in experimental group were exposed to ultrasound irradiation and the puerperas in control group received sham ultrasound irradiation. The descending degree of fundal height, lochia change and VAS score before and after the treatment were observed. Results Compared with control group, the descending index of fundal height was increased, after treatment, the total lochia clear time and bloody lochia clear time were decreased (P〈0.05). And the visual analog scale (VAS) score levels were significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Low intensity ultrasound can promote uterus involution and relieve uterus pain after cesarean section.
