《医学衷中参西录》论治温病特色探析

摘　　要：探讨张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》论治温病的特色。其主张伤寒可统治温病,提出温病大纲当分三端,论瘟疫遵戾气学说并制专方,论伏气遵《内经》之旨而定新方,辨析白虎汤证别出新意,其学术思想和临床经验对温病学的发展和完善有着重要的贡献。This paper aims at discussing Characteristics of Zhang Xichun＇ s Yixuezhongzhongcanxilu on treating warm disease. Zhang Xichun had unique insights on warm disease and had his special features on treating warm disease. He proposed that warm disease could be classed into three aspects. Mr Zhang obey the theory of Liqi on treating pestilence and had his special prescription, making new prescription for disease of Fuqi according to the theory of Neijing, presenting fresh ideas on Baifutang syndrome differentiation. Zhang Xichun made a great contribution on development and perfection of war disease theory because of his academic thoughts and clinical experience.
