宁神合剂治疗绝经期妇女血脂异常临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察宁神合剂治疗绝经期妇女血脂异常的临床疗效。方法将70例绝经期血脂异常妇女随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组35例。治疗组予宁神合剂口服,对照组予辛伐他汀口服。两组疗程均为2个月,观察血脂水平、性激素水平、高脂血症患者膳食评分及BMI变化情况。结果 1最终完成试验者68例,治疗组34例,对照组34例。2治疗前后组内比较,两组血脂各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,TG、LDL-C水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组间治疗后比较,E2、T水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组间治疗后比较,膳食评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),BMI水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宁神合剂治疗绝经期妇女血脂异常的疗效满意,其机制可能为调节体内性激素水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Ningshen Mixture＂ treating postmenopausal women with abnormal blood lipids. Methods 70 postmen- opausal women with abnormal blood lipids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with ＂Ningshen Mixture＂ while control group was given by Simvastatin. Courses of the both groups were 2 months. Levels of blood lipid and sex hormones, dietary scores and BMI were observed. Results ① 68 cases completed the test finally, which contained 34 cases of treatment group and 34 cases of control group. ② Intra-group comparison： All indexes had significant difference in both groups before and after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared between the two groups after the treatment, there were significant differences of the levels of TC, LDL-C （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ③ Compared between the two groups after the treatment, there were significant differences of the levels of E2 and T （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ④ Compared between the two groups after the treatment, there were no obvious difference for dietary scores（P 〉 0.05 ）, but there were significant differences of the levels of BMI （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of treating postmenopausal women with abnormal blood lipids with ＂Ningshen Mixture＂ were satisfied, of which possible mechanism was to regulate sex hormones level in Vivo.
