摘  要:目的:测定不同产地赤雹根中总皂苷的含量,为选择赤雹根种植地域提供依据。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定三个不同产地赤雹根中总皂苷的含量:以齐墩果酸为对照品,5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸为显色剂,检测波长为545nm。结果:赤雹根总皂苷在13.13-39.41μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.0559C-0.0271,r=0.9997。总皂苷平均回收率为98.9%,RSD值为1.99。三个不同产地赤雹根药材中总皂苷的含量分别为0.12%(东北吉林、栽培)、0.38%(河北承德、栽培)、0.59%(河北青龙、野生)。结论:三个不同产地赤雹根药材中赤雹根总皂苷含量差异较大,以河北青龙野生赤雹根药材中赤雹根总皂苷含量最高,人工栽培品中以河北承德的含量较高。Objective: To determine the total saponins contents in Thladiantha Dubia Roots from different producing area and provide basis for choosing planting regions of Thladiantha Dubia Roots. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the total saponins contents in Thladiantha Dubia Roots from 3 producing areas, with oleanolic acid as reference substance, 5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as color development reagent, and detecting wave length was 545 nm. Results: Total saponins in Thladiantha Dubia Roots had good linear relationship at concentration of 13.13-39.41μg/ml. The regression equation was A=0.0559C-0.0271(r=0.9997). The average recovery rate was 98.9%, RSD was 1.99. The total saponins contents in Thladiantha Dubia Roots from 3 producing areas were respectively 0.12%(Dongbei Jilin, cultivation), 0.38%(Hebei Chengde, cultivation) and 0.59%(Hebei Qinglong, uncultivated). Conclusions: The differences between contents of total saponins in Thladiantha Dubia Roots form 3 producing areas are great. The contents of total saponins in uncultivated Thladiantha Dubia Roots form Hebei Qinglong is the highest; For cultivated Thladiantha Dubia Roots, the contents of total saponins form Hebei Chengde is fairly higher.
