摘　　要：目的探讨使用TVT-Abbrevo^TM系统改良TVT-O手术治疗女性压力性尿失禁（SUI）的疗效及安全性；方法2014年9～11月随机分配入组38例SUI患者，分为TVT-O及TVTA组各19例，分别使用传统TVT—O吊带及TVT—Abbrevo^TM系统行手术．术前评估年龄、病程、分娩、体质指数（BMI）、valsalva漏尿点压力（VLPP）、尿流率Qmax，各项两组差异无统计学意义。记录术中手术时间、出血量、术后1月内治愈率、并发症等并比较两组区别；结果38例手术均获得治愈或改善，手术时间及手术中出血量TVT—O组较TVTA组差异无统计学意义，术后TVT-O组有2例术后尿频，TVTA组3例，经药物治疗1～2W后缓解。术后TVT—O组有单侧或双侧大腿根部疼痛4例，TVTA组有1例。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）.两组均无急迫性尿失禁及尿储留表现。结论TVT-Abbrevo^TM系统改良TVT—O手术，可以减少并发症的发生，长期疗效需要观察。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of TVT-AbbrevoTM system improved TVT-O surgical treatment in female stress urinary incontinence （SU/）; Method Thirty-eight patients enrolled between September to November 2014 were randomly assigned into TVT-O （traditional TVT-O） and TVTA （TVT-Abbrevo^TM surgery ） groups, each group has 19 patients. We evaluated the age, disease duration, delivery, BMI index, VLPP, urinary flow rate Qmax of the two groups preoperatively. We recorded the surgery operation time, blood loss, postoperative cure rate in one month, and complications and compared the differences between two groups; Result Thirty-eight cases of operations were cured or improved. No significant difference was observed in operation time and blood loss between TVT-O group and TVTA group. After surgery, 2 patients of TVT-O group have frequent urination while 3 patients in TVTA group, with remission after 1 to 2 weeks of drug therapy. Four cases developed unilateral or bilateral thigh pain in TVT-O group while 1 case in TVTA group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. No urge incontinence and urinary retention performance was observed in both groups. Conclusion TVT-AbbrevoTM system improved TVT-O surgery can reduce complications, but long-term effect remains to be studied.
