老年男性糖尿病患者胰高血糖素样肽-2与年龄和糖化血红蛋白的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析老年男性2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）患者血清胰高血糖素样肽-2（glucagonlike peptide2，GLP-2）水平与年龄、T2DM糖化血红蛋白（glycosylated HbAl，HbA1C）之间的相关性。方法收集2012年6～10月在复旦大学附属中山医院进行体检的60岁及以上男性患者129例，选择其中69例T2DM为实验组，60例非T2DM为对照组，比较两组临床资料并用Elisa法测定两组血清GLP-2水平，分析GLP-2水平与年龄、HbA1C水平等因素的相关性。结果（1）T2DM组血清GLP-2水平低于对照组（7．55±0．75VS9．67±0．77；P〈0．001）；（2）所有患者GLP-2水平与年龄、HbA1C呈负相关关系（r=-0．426，P〈0．001；r=-0．762，P〈0．001）；糖尿病组GLP-2水平与年龄、HbA1C呈负相关关系（r=-0．458，P〈0．001；r=-0．552，P〈0．001）；正常组GLP-2水平与年龄呈负相关关系（r=-0．683，P〈0．001）；（3）多元线性回归分析显示，糖尿病组GLP-2水平与年龄（β=-0．043，P〈0．001）和HbA1C（β=-0．261，P〈0．001）独立相关。结论老年男性T2DM患者体内GLP-2水平低于非T2DM者，而GLP-2水平与其年龄和HbA1C负相关。Objective To investigate the association of age and HbA1C with plasma level of glucagon-like peptide 2 （GLP-2） in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods We enrolled 69 elderly male patients with T2DM and 60 elderly male subjects with normal glucose tolerance registered to Department of Geriatrics, Zhongshan Hopital, Fudan Universit between June 2012 and September 2012. Both clinical parameters and glucagon-like peptide 2 （GLP-2） levels were measured. The association of GLP-2 level with age and HbA1C in patients with T2DM was analysed. Results GLP-2 level of T2DM group was significantly lower than that of the control group （7.55±0.75 vs 9.67±0.77; P〈0.001）; GLP-2 level was negatively correlated with age and HbA1C in all the subjects （r= -0.426, P〈0.001; r= -0.762, P〈0.001）, and inthe T2DM group （r= -0.458, P〈0.001 ; r= -0.552, P〈0.00）; Stepwise regression analysis showed that age and HbA1C were independent factors for GLP-2 level （β= -0.060, P〈0.001; β= -0.579, P〈0.001）. Conclusions GLP-2 level was correlated with age and HbA1C in elderly male patients with T2DM.
