摘  要:目的回顾分析点式直线偏振光疼痛治疗仪(SL)在疼痛门诊中的应用效果,为其推广应用提供依据。方法收集2013年6月至2015年6月在复旦大学附属华东医院麻醉科疼痛门诊就诊且接受SL治疗的45岁及以上患者的资料,包括一般情况、疾病名称、疼痛评分、治疗方式、治疗次数、治疗效果,并归纳分析。结果急性腕关节扭挫伤3例,急性膝关节创伤性3例,跟痛症2例,慢性腰肌劳损5例,腰椎间盘突出症或腰椎管狭窄致坐骨神经痛10例,退行性膝关节炎3例,术后膝关节肿胀2例,带状疱疹后神经痛2例,肩周炎7例,术后下腹痛2例,糖尿病足坏疽1例;治疗总有效率(显效+有效)35/40。结论SL适合于疼痛门诊,中老年、一般情况差的疼痛患者尤其受益。Objective Retrospectively analysis the efficacy of linear polarized infrared irradiation using Super Lizer (SL) in pain clinic, provide evidence for its application. Method The data of cases over 45 years old were collected and analyzed, who underwent Super Lizer therapy from Jun. 2013 to Jun. 2015 in the pain dinic of Huadong hospital affiliated to Fudan University, including general information, causes of pain, pain score, treatment methods, times and results, Results 3cases of acute wrist contusion, 3 cases of acute knee trauma, 2cases of painful heel syndrome, 5 cases of chronic lumbar muscle strain, 10 cases of low back pain and sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation or lumbar spinal stenosis, 3 cases of degenerative arthritis of the knee, 2 cases of swelling of the knee postoperation, 2 cases of postherpetic neuralgia, 7 cases of frozen shoulder. Total effective rate were 35/40. Conclution SL is suitable for pain clinic, and is especially benefit for the aged or the people who are in bad condition.
