亚半球罩聚能装药应用于穿孔弹的研究

摘　　要：穿孔弹区别于常规深穿透射孔弹,其主要用途在于处理钻井过程中的卡钻、井漏等工程事故处理时,使用穿孔弹对钻杆、油管或者套管进行穿孔,以便于快速建立循环通道,实现钻杆快速解卡、压井堵漏等抢险施工。亚半球罩聚能装药形成的杆式射流具有侵彻能力大、药型罩利用率高、后效大和对炸高不敏感等特点。对亚半球罩应用于油气井聚能穿孔弹进行了研究,设计出亚半球罩聚能装药的穿孔弹,能够实现多相位穿孔和单相位穿孔,穿孔孔径大,能够适应于多种油气井况,通用性强,减少了施工过程的风险和复杂性。Punchers, which is different from normal shaped charge, are widely used in accident handling of oil field such as jamming of drilling tools and leakage, it could penetrate the drilling pipe, tubing or easing, and make quick circulation tunnels, which could reach the purpose of well control and leaking stoppage or unfreezing the jamming drilling pipes etc. Rod-like jet is characterized by good penetration, high utilization rate of liner, excellent aftereffect, and insensitivity to burst height. In this paper, semispherical liner shaped charge is applied in research on punchers, which could reach the purpose of either single phase or multi-phase punching with large hole diameter. The new punchers are highly optimized for general use which can be used for various oil well environments, and reduce the risks and complexity of downhole operation.
