高原环境下血细胞复查规则的应用评估

摘　　要：目的了解《高原环境下血细胞复检规则》的合理性、有效性和实用性。方法经2年的临床应用,对Sysmex XT-4000i检测的54750份临床标本结果进行分析,评估《高原环境下血细胞复检规则》的可行性和可靠性。结果 54750份标本仪器检测结果,不需要复查的标本数为39201份,占总数的71.6%,在不需要复查的报告中未发现有假阴性的情况;复查标本数为15549份,占28.4%,经人工显微镜复查有5167份标本结果异常,占复查总数的33.1%。应用复查规则2年来未接到任何有关因血细胞分析质量问题的投诉。结论《高原环境下血细胞复检规则》合理、实用、可靠、可行,对提高高原地区血细胞形态学检验水平有重要意义。Objective To understand the rationality, effectiveness and practicality of blood cell review criteria. Methods：Analyse 54750 clinical blood samples tested by Sysmex XT- 4000 i in two years,then evaluate blood review criteria in high altitude feasibility and reliablity. Results：39201 samples didn＇t need to be retested,accounting for 71.6%, and we didn＇t find false negative sample results in them.15549 samples were retested,accounting for 28.4%, in these retested samples, we found out 5167 blood results abnormal under microscope,accounting for 33.1%. Applying the rule in two years,we didn＇t receive any complaint on quality control for blood analysis. Conclusion：Blood cell review criteria in high altitude is reasonable,practical,reliable and feasible,which play a important role in improving the level of blood cell morphology analysis.
