摘 要:设计了膜法预处理系统,研究了膜过滤工艺用于舰船反渗透海水淡化预处理的可行性。系统性能考察结果表明,采用直接过滤30 min和滤过水反洗1 min交替的运行方式净化海水时,出水浊度低于0.09 NTU,UV254和CODMn的平均去除率分别为42.2%和57.6%,且无细菌检出;当跨膜压差≥0.035 MPa时,应进行维护性化学清洗,可使跨膜压差恢复到低压水平。膜法预处理系统出水水质稳定,无化学品添加,工艺简单,结构紧凑,适用于舰船反渗透海水淡化预处理。A membrane filtration system was designed and the feasibility study on the application of the system in the pretreatment of seawater reverse osmosis(SWRO) in vessels was performed. Seawater was pretreated by alternating operation mode that filtrating 30 min and backwash 1 min with filtrated water. The results showed that turbidity was less than 0.09 NTU, the average removal rates of UV254 and CODMnwere 42.2% and 57.6% respectively, bacterial was not detected. When the trans-membrane pressure was higher than 0.035 MPa, chemical cleaning could restore the pressure to a lower level.The membrane filtration system had the features of stable output of quality filtrated water, no chemicals addition, easy for operation and compact structure, being suitable for the pretreatment of SWRO.
