摘　　要：针对电网建设项目特点,从社会发展互适性、区域经济影响、社会发展可持续性和社会和谐性4个维度入手,提出电网建设项目社会评价指标体系,构建基于多层次模糊综合评价法的电网建设工程社会评价模型,最后通过算例,分析和验证在电网建设项目的社会评价工作中应用该模型的可操作性。该评价体系和评价模型对于客观、准确地评价电网建设工程的社会影响具有一定的参考和实用价值。In the light of the characteristics of the Power Grid Construction ProjeCt, the Social evaluation system is built from four aspects： the social development adaptability, the regional economic impact, the social development sustainability and the social harmony. Combined with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the social evaluation model of the Power Grid Construction Project is established. Finally, the operability of the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is analyzed and verified by examples. The index system and the evaluation model have the certain reference and practical value for the objective and accurate evaluation of the social impact of power grid construction projects.
