消防规划在城市综合减灾中的作用

摘　　要：简述了灾害对我国城市化发展的危害,分析了必须通过建立城市综合减灾规划体系来应对城市灾害,加强防减灾工作的原因。通过对我国消防部队参与灾害救援工作特点的分析,提出了应在城市综合减灾规划体系下研究消防规划的地位与作用。This paper describes the hazards of disasters with the urban development, analyzes the causes of urban disasters, which must be responded by establishing a comprehensive disaster alleviation planning system to strengthen the disaster prevention and reduction work. Through the analysis of fire forces involved in disaster relief work, the paper proposes that a city fire planning should be studied at the city＇ s comprehensive disaster reduction planning system.
