摘　　要：为了实现在移动平台上对医学图像进行调阅和处理操作,利用HTML5技术设计并实现了移动医学图像App。文中主要介绍了基于浏览器内核开发的移动医学图像App,利用HTML5技术和JavaScript脚本实现对DICOM医学图像的显示以及处理等功能。文中研究基于触屏交互操作,使医学图像的处理和测量标注过程更加便捷,有助于提高医疗服务的效率和质量。In order to retrieve and process the medical image on mobile platforms,a medical image application is designed and implemented based on mobile browser kernel in this paper using HTML5 standard and Javascript language. It realizes DICOM medical image to display and process. Depending on the interactive operation of touch screen,this system makes the operations on medical image such as processing and annotating more convenient. Therefore,it helps to improve the efficiency and quality of medical services.
