摘　　要：文中介绍了CTCS-3级列车运行控制系统中核心设备计算机联锁(CBI)和无线闭塞中心(RBC)接口的协议模型,并分层详细说明了各层间的服务关系、主要功能和实现方法,为RBC和CBI之间安全通信系统的设计提供了参考。This paper introduces the core equipment of the train control system of CTCS-3 computer interlocking（ CBI） and RBC（ RBC） interface protocol model,and the hierarchical details of each layer,the relationship between the main function and implementation method. It presents the reference for the design of the safety communication system between RBC and CBI.
