摘　　要：及时、全面、准确地获取土地、矿产相关规划、现状、审批等相关信息,对违法事件作出快速反应已成为当前国土资源执法的瓶颈问题。建设国土资源执法监察管理信息系统,可以利用无线通信技术、GPS/GIS/RS技术,创新执法监察与监管手段,确保信息的完整性、可靠性和现势性,为科学高效执法提供技术支持。本文对系统的功能设计、关键技术与业务创新进行了研究。Currently comprehensively gathering of high quality spatial data of land and resources has become the bottleneck in the law enforcement inspection of land and resources. The purpose of the law enforcement inspection system of land and resources is to establish a perfect gathering inspection information and usage spatial information platform,which could provide technical support for law enforcement inspection. This paper has discussed the problems concerning the function design of the system,and also proposed the key technology and business innovation.
