摘　　要：组织实战化体能训练要针对思想认识偏差、管理体系薄弱、训练内容不够完善、训练方法不够科学、法规制度不够健全、训练条件建设滞后等问题,重点加强实战化训练规范标准、训练保障条件、训练模式、训练考核评估等方面的建设。The organization of physical training should target problems such as disorientation in thinking,weak management system,inadequate training content,insufficient scientific training methods,unreasonable laws and regulations,inadequate training facilities and etc. This paper focuses on strengthening the actual training standards,training security conditions,training mode,and training assessment.
