摘　　要：组织蛙人运载器训练对参训队员、配套装备和训练场地要求高,组织训练过程中应从装备技能培训、掌握训练海区海况、制订训练计划、健全保障方案预案四个方面重点把握。Taking previous experience of training organization into account,the paper claims that in order to ensure the whole-process safety of personnel and equipment during training,we should focused on four aspects including talking equipment skills training,finding out the sea conditions of the training area,making training programs and making support plans.
