摘 要:为进一步探讨肌酸补充对体重与耐力的影响,以体院本科大学生作为试验对象,应用常规维持量服用肌酸28 d。试验对象共12人,随机分为肌酸组和安慰剂组,各6人,肌酸组按2.5 g/d服用肌酸,安慰剂组则服用等量葡萄糖胶囊,试验前后用Monark功率自行车递增负荷方案(GXT)测试递增负荷峰值输出功率(PPO)和持续至力竭时间(TTE)。结果表明,试验前后各组体重变化没有显著性差异,肌酸组PPO和试验前相比明显增加(P<0.05),而安慰剂组则变化不明显,说明小剂量肌酸服用方法可以提高耐力能力,而对体重影响不大,适用于耐力项目运动员提高运动成绩。The purpose of this study was to further explore the effect of low dose creatine supplementation on body weight and endurance performance. Twelve male college students volunteered to participate in this study. Participants were randomly assigned to either creatine( n = 6) or placebo( n = 6) group. Before and after the supplementation period,each participant performed a graded exercise test( GXT) on a Monark ergometer to determine peak power output( PPO) and time to exhaustion( TTE). A significant improvement in PPO was observed in the Cr group,no changes in body weight were observed in any groups after treatment. The current findings suggest that low dose creatine supplementation has little effect on body weight and can exert an ergogenic effect on endurance performance.
