关于山区农村种养业发展的思考

摘　　要：山区农村种养业发展中存在以下问题:资金投入少,难以实现规模化;种养随意,无法把握市场需求;效益低下,从业人员不断减少;产品品质不均一,附加值低;工商资本进山之后水土不服,优势发挥不到位等。结合山区农村的特点,提出以下解决措施:帮助山区农村改变陈旧观念,更新思想;加强基础及配套设施建设,逐步便利山区生活;鼓励山区本地人创业,逐步实现以农富农;进一步引导社会力量进山,实现种养产业的链式发展;以效益为核心,探索创新种养模式;将互联网技术融入种养业,推动互联网+农业进程;多元化发展种养业,推动产业转型等建议。This paper expounded problems existing in the development of planting and breeding industry in mountainous countryside, such as difficult to realize large scales due to inadequate investment, unable to grasp market demands because of breeding randomly,continuously reduction of employees due to low efficiency, uneven product quality and low added value, as well as the failure of industrial and commercial capital in obtaining expected advantages. Combined with characteristics of mountainous rural areas, some improving suggestions were put forward as follows： renewing people＇ s ideas, building a convenient country life with public facilities, encouraging local people to start their own business so as to make their rich, guiding more social forces in planting and breeding industries to develop the industry chain, exploring new planting mode based on efficiency, integrating the industry with internet technology to promote the process of agriculture on the internet, as well as diversifying the industry and promoting its transformation.
