经编贾卡双色提花织物编织工艺探讨

摘　　要：经编贾卡双色织物提花性能优异,在家纺领域具有广阔的应用前景,但其工艺理论研究还处于空白阶段。基于此,对经编贾卡双色提花织物的生产设备、编织原理进行研究。介绍经编贾卡双色提花织物的原料、组织结构、包边原理等编织工艺,提出一种通过在贾卡织物意匠图的奇数纵行和偶数纵行采用不同组织和原料的方法,实现贾卡织物的双色提花,并总结贾卡双色提花工艺的不足之处及其相应的解决方案。最后以一款经编贾卡双色提花窗帘织物产品设计为例,验证工艺设计方法的正确性和可行性。The double colored jacquard warp knitted fabric bears high-performance and a wide potential applica- tion in household textiles, the study of its knitting technology in theory, however, it stiil blank. This paper will study the production facilities and knitting technology of warp-knitted double colored jacquard fabrics. By introduc- ing the knitting technology of warp-knitting double colored jacquard fabric such as the raw materials selection, pat- terns, and edge-wrapping methods, this paper presents that double colored jacquard fabric can be achieved by means of using different materials and working methods. This paper also summarizes the deficiencies and the corre- sponding solutions of double colored jacquard knitting technology. In the end, it proves the correctness and feasibil- ity of the new technology and methods used in the process by setting by knitting of warp-knitted double colored jacquard curtain.
