几种纬编单面斜纹提花面料生产实践

摘　　要：以18 tex精梳棉纱与有色纱为原料,在普通单面大圆机上设计4款斜纹提花针织面料,包括斜纹珠地提花、斜纹鱼鳞提花、立体斜纹提花和色织斜纹提花面料。给出织物编织工艺,包括设备参数、织针排列、意匠图、三角排列、穿纱方式等。所设计的斜纹提花产品不仅丰富了针织品种类,而且为更多具有常规大圆机设备的企业设计开发新颖别致、风格独特的针织面料提供参考。The paper develops four new kinds of twill-effect jacquard knitted fabrics on single circular knitting machine by using 18 tex combed cotton yam and colored yarn, including twill-effect pique jacquard, twill-effect scale jacquard, three-dimensional twill-effect jacquard and dyed-yarn knitted twill-effect jacquard. It introduces in detail the knitting technology including equipment parameters, needle arrangement, notation, cam arrangement, and threading ways. The results show that the twill-effect single jacquard knitted fabric is innovative and different, which can provide a certain reference for the innovative design of jacquard fabric knitted on common single circular weft knitting machine.
