摘  要:采用盐酸羟胺对腈纶针织物进行改性。并对改性织物用活性红B-3BF和雷马素红RGB两只活性染料进行染色.探讨了三氯醋酸作为染色oH值调节剂对染色的影响,分析了染色温度、三氯醋酸用量、氯化钠用量、染色时间和染料用量对改性织物染色性能的影响。测试了染色后织物的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明:染料用量为2%时,改性腈纶针织物最适染色条件为三氯醋酸4~6g/L,氯化钠10g/L,98℃染色60min:活性染料在改性腈纶针织物上的提升性能较差,但染色织物无需皂洗和固色,且染色织物的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均在4级以上。Acrylic knitted fabrics were modified by hydroxylamine hydrochloride, and were dyed by Active Red B-3BF and Remazol Red RBG. The effects of trichloroacetic acid which was used as pH regulator on dyeing were discussed. The effects of dyeing temperature, the dosage of trichloroacetic acid and sodium chloride, dyeing time and the dosage of dyes on the dyeing properties of modified fabrics were analyzed, and fastness to washing and rubbing of dyed fabrics was tested. The results show that when the dosage of dyes is 2%, the optimum dyeing con- ditions of modified acrylic knitted fabric are: trichloroacetic acid 4-6 g/L, sodium chloride 10 g/L, dyeing at 98 ℃ for 60 minutes; The performance improvement of modified acrylic knitted fabric with active dyes is poor, but dyed fabrics don't need soaping and fixing. At the same time, the fastness to washing rubbing of dyed fabrics is all above level 4.
