摘　　要：对现有的发展比较成熟的3个服装CAD软件中的3D模块(V-Stitch,3D Fit,3D Runaway)进行调研。服装3D模块主要包括人体测量技术,织物仿真,三维人体建模,虚拟缝合等,基于此,对3个软件在这些方面的相同点和不同点进行分析。并对3D服装CAD软件虚拟缝合后的仿真效果进行对比,从而了解服装CAD软件的发展水平,为企业选择产品提供参考。This paper studies three kinds of prevalent 3D clothing software -V-Stitch, 3D Fit and 3D Runaway. The 3D clothing software mainly includes body measurement techniques, fabric simulation, three dimensional human body modeling, and virtual sewing up and so on. This paper analyzes their similarities and differences and compares their simulation effects after virtual sewing up, which provides enterprise with reference to the development and selection of clothing CAD software.
