摘　　要：制度文明在社会文明中居于重要地位,其发展的基本趋势和功能不同于物质文明和精神文明,目前呈现出的人性化趋势、民主化趋势、法制化趋势、全球化趋势,正以前所未有的势头促进社会发展和人类进步,它的巨大作用是物质文明和精神文明不能替代的。Institutional civilization is in a very important position in social civilization. The basic trend of its development and function is different from material civilization and spiritual civilization. From the perspective of the necessity of institutional civilization construction in building harmonious society, the article explains the new tendency of strengthen institutional civilization construction in the process of building harmonious society.
