摘 要:焊缝在位置及角度可以满足标准要求时,跨焊缝实施磁粉检测是保障缺陷检出率的首选。但在工程中,实际焊缝的位置、工件形状等常常无法满足标准要求,从而限制了磁轭式磁粉检测的标准操作,使得检测结果不能具有较高的可信度。利用磁轭端头处的磁场特性,进行了不跨焊缝的角焊缝磁粉检测试验;并且,有针对性地应用于核电站环吊钢牛腿的角焊缝磁轭检测中,取得了一定的效果,降低了缺陷的漏检率,为相关磁粉检测人员提供了参考。The magnetic particle inspection is the first choice for the detection of the defects in the welding seam when the welding position and angle can meet the test standard.But in engineering,actual weld position and shape of the workpiece are often unable to meet the standard requirements,which limit the yoke type magnetic particle testing standard operation.The detection result cannot be of high credibility.With the magnetic yoke end at the head of the characteristics of the magnetic field,the cross weld fillet magnetic particle testing was carried out.The application of yoke detection for the steel corbel fillet weld of the ring crane of nuclear power station was implemented,and certain effect was obtained and the rate of fail-to-detect was reduced.The result can offer a reference for magnetic powder inspection personnel.
