摘 要:针对活塞毛坯在机加工过程中存在镶圈松动、结合层开裂的问题,设计了一种活塞镶圈结合面质量的超声波快速检测系统,其中超声波探头使用薄片状探头,采用一发二收的模式进行检测。介绍了用于检测活塞镶圈结合面图像描述的4个阶段。首先采集结合层透射声波信号幅值,同时提取实时检测位置信息,在活塞镶圈圆周上利用预设的色表进行伪色彩缺陷显示。在缺陷定量方面,采用标准试块对比法对缺陷的等效当量进行判定。结果表明:系统在10s内即可实现对单个直径不大于220mm的活塞上下结合面的同步检测,较目前普遍检测设备具有结构简单、定量精度高的优势。For piston blanks in the mechanical machining process,it is often that practical problems involving in loosing the ring and crazing the combining layers occur.We designed and implemented a system capable of quick detection of the combining quality in ultrasonic.A brief description of the system hardware is given,including a laminar ultrasonic probe,using the models of one transmitter and two receivers for testing.Then we introduced the four stages of the image description to the testing of the combination quality.First,we acquired layer transmission of sound signal amplitude,at the same time to extract the location information in real time detection,piston/ring on the circumference of a circle in the use of a preset pseudo color defect display color table.In the way of the quantitative defection,we used the standard test block contrast method to determine the equivalent defect.Experiments show that this system can realize a synchronous inspection of a single piston of diameter 220 mm or less within 10 s,and it possesses the advantages of simple structure and high quantitative precision as compared with most currently employed testing equipment.
