摘　　要：简要地介绍了加拿大所提出的"责任关怀",同时对我国农药制剂企业实施"责任关怀"的必要性进行了阐述。从农药产品、自主创新、环境保护、清洁生产、安全和职业卫生、社区关系等方面落实"责任关怀"进行了论述,得出了"责任关怀"对我国的农药制剂企业在提高企业生产质量、增强创新能力、提高管理水平、扭转行业形象等方面的作用。Brief introduction of the Canada proposed ＂responsible care＂, at the same time on the prepara- tion of our country pesticide enterprises ＂responsible care＂, this paper expounds the necessity of.
