腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位合并不孕症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法将2013年1月至2014年1月期间收治的子宫内膜异位症患者70例,随机分为两组:腹腔镜+GnRH-a组(即观察组)35例,采用腹腔镜保守手术联合GnRH-a治疗;腹腔镜手术组(即对照组)35例,单纯采用腹腔镜手术治疗。随访观察比较两组子宫内膜异位症的复发情况、药物副反应、妊娠情况等。结果随访12个月,两组患者的总有效率、妊娠率以及复发率比较,差异均有显著性统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论腹腔镜保守手术联合GnRH-a治疗子宫内膜异位合并不孕症可以有效提高临床疗效以及妊娠率,降低复发率,是一种科学、有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect in treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility laparoscopy combined with drug.Methods 70 patients with endometriosis treated during 2013 January to 2014 January,were randomly divided into two groups：laparoscopic group ＋GnRH-a（observation group）35cases,laparoscopic conservative operation combined with GnRH-a treatment;laparoscopic operation group（control group）of 35 cases with laparoscopic operation treatment,Dan Chuncai.Relapse were observed and compared between the two groups,endometriosis, pregnancy, adverse drug reaction.Results The patients were followed up for 12 months,the two groups of patients with total effective rate,pregnancy rate and recurrence rate comparison,there was significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic conservative operation combined with GnRH-a in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and pregnancy rate,reduce the recurrence rate,is a scientific,effective treatment method.
