病区护理工作绩效评价研究

摘　　要：目的探索病区护理工作绩效评价办法。方法运用平衡计分卡和德尔菲法构建病区护理工作绩效评价指标体系,并确定各指标权重值,运用加权秩和比法对全院病区护理工作绩效进行评价分析。结果构建出了一套包括4项一级指标和16项二级指标的病区护理工作指标考核体系,得到了51个病区护理工作绩效的评价结果。结论运用平衡计分卡和德尔菲法构建病区护理工作绩效指标体系,运用加权秩和比法评价病区护理工作绩效,方法简单易行,能全面体现病区护理工作业绩、充分调动病区护理工作积极性,评价结果可作为考核病区护理工作和护士长管理业绩的科学依据。Objective To explore the methods of evaluating the performance of ward nursing.Methods To use the BSC and Delphi methods to construct the performance evaluation system,determine the index weights and use WRSR to analyze the nursing performance of all the wards in the hospital.Results We build a set of index system including 4first-level indicators and 16 secondary indexes to evaluate the performance of ward nursing,and get performance evaluation results of 51 nursing wards.ConclusionIt is convenient and easy to use the BSC and Delphi methods to construct the performance evaluation system and use WRSR to analyze the nursing performance of all the wards.These methods can fully reflect the performance of ward nursing and arouse the nurses＇ enthusiasm.The results could be used as a scientific basis to evaluate the performances of ward nursing and head nurses＇ management.
