摘  要:齿槽转矩是单相永磁同步电动机研究的重要问题之一。为降低内置式"一"型单相永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩,本文基于重复单元磁极偏移的原理,推导了齿槽转矩的傅里叶级数表达式。利用Maxwell2D对8槽6极、10槽8极和16槽8极结构电动机的磁极偏移角度进行扫描。仿真结果表明,基于重复单元磁极偏移方法对降低内置式"一"型单相永磁同步电动机齿槽转矩具有明显的效果,为内置式"一"型单相永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的优化提供了一定的理论依据。Cogging torque is one of the important issues for single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor. In order to reduce the cogging torque of built-in "one" type single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, derived the Fourier series expression of cogging torque based on magnet shifting of repeat unit. The shifting angle of structure motor of 8 slots 6 poles, 10 slots 8 poles and 16 slots 8 poles are scanning using Maxwell2D. The simulation results show that the method of magnet shifting based on repeat through unit has significant effect on reducing the cogging torque of built-in "one" type single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper provided some theory evidence for the optimization of cogging torque in the built-in "one" type single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.
