摘  要:采用数值模拟和试验验证法对闪速炉精矿喷嘴下料情况进行了研究,分析了物料偏析现象,开发了全新的预分散型精矿喷嘴,并对其下料颗粒运动情况进行了仿真与分析,通过试验验证了精矿喷嘴无偏析预分散技术的先进性。结果表明:传统的奥拓昆普精矿喷嘴下料必然会产生偏析现象,且径向偏析>周向偏析>局部偏析;新预分散型精矿喷嘴中下料管出口颗粒粒度分布非常均匀,无物料偏析现象,很好地解决了下料偏析问题。新型喷嘴在冶炼厂应用中取得了很好效果,降低了烟灰发生率、渣含铜率,抑制了偏析现象的产生。The feed mixture of concentrate particles from the concentrate burner of flash smelting furnace was investigated by numerical simulation and experimental verification. Based on the analysis of the maldistribution of feed mixture, a concentrate burner with new pre-distribution system has been developed, where the particle motion was simulated and analyzed. Then, the advanced pre-distribution system in the concentrate burner resulting in welldistribution of feed mixture was verified through experiment. It is concluded that feeding through the traditional Outokumpu concentrate burner will inevitably bring in feed maldistribution, in which the radial maldistribution is more than circumferential maldistribution followed by local maldistribution. The new concentrate burner with pre-distribution system can solve such problem, resulting in the uniformity in particle size distribution through the outlet of feeding duct, without any maldistribution. The application of such new concentrate burner with pre-distribution system into the smelter showed an excellent effect, which not only controlled the maldistribution, but also reduced the yielding of the ash and slag-containing copper.
