摘 要:为探究新西兰海砂矿用于鞍钢烧结生产的可行性,对比了新西兰海砂矿与鞍钢常用粉矿的烧结基础特性,同时以鞍钢鲅鱼圈分公司烧结生产条件为基础,在实验室研究了配加不同比例新西兰海砂矿对烧结指标、烧结矿性能以及高炉渣化学成分的影响。结果表明,随着新西兰海砂矿配比增加,烧结矿转鼓强度与成品率均下降,烧结矿品位与Si O2含量降低,Al2O3与Ti O2含量增加,还原粉化指标与还原度变差,分析计算出高炉渣中Ti O2含量会上升。相比于其它常用粉矿,新西兰海砂矿烧结属性较差,在鲅鱼圈烧结生产条件下,综合考虑烧结指标及高炉渣流动性,建议新西兰海砂矿配比不宜超过10%。In order to explore the feasibility of using New Zealand's iron sands in AnsteeI's sintering production process, the basic sintering characteristics of New Zealand's iron sands was compared with traditional powdered ore used in Ansteel's sintering process. Different proportioning of New Zealand's iron sands were prepared in the lab according to the production condition of Bayuquan Branch Company in Angang Steel Co Ltd, and the influences of each proportioning on the sintering indexes, sinter properties and chemical compositions of blast furnace slag were investigated through tests. The results showed that increasing the proportioning of New Zealand's iron sands in the sintering process could result in a fall in the tumble index and yield, a decrease in sinter grade and SiO2 content but an increase in content of A1203 and TiO2, bringing in the lower RDI and RI. The analysis and calculation indicated an increased TiO2 content in blast furnace slag. Compared with other kinds of powdered ore, New Zealand's iron sands is worse in terms of sintering properties. With the sintering indexes and flow characteristics of slag taken into consideration, combined with the production condition in Bayuquan Branch, it is suggested the proportion of New Zealand's iron sands be less than 10%.
