摘  要:采用一种新型铝基复合除氟剂,以吸附沉淀法从湿法炼锌硫酸盐溶液中除氟。试验结果表明:在初始氟浓度为300 mg/L的硫酸锌溶液中,加入除氟剂20 g/L,反应时间80 min,温度50℃,p H值4.5的条件下,除氟率可达87.88%,除氟后液残氟浓度为36.35 mg/L,能满足电积锌的要求。Adsorption-precipitation method was used for defluoridation of sulfate solution from hydrometallurgical extraction of zinc by using a novel alumina-containing composite defluoridation reagent. The results show, with the concentration of defluoridation reagent as 20 g/L,reaction time of 80 min, pulp temperature at 50 ℃ and pH value of 4.5, the defluoridation rate for the zinc sulfate solution with the initial fluoride concentration at 300 mg/L attains 87.88%, and the solution meets the requirements of zinc electrowinning as the residual fluoride concentration therein is reduced to 36.35 mg/L.
