摘　　要：道路运输车辆技术参数库提高了汽车综合性能检测站检测过程的公正性,强化了政府执法力度,但由于每年营运车辆的更新速度快,目前面临的最大困难是实现数据的动态、持续更新。文中从广东省的实际情况出发,研究和总结出一套道路运输车辆技术参数库动态维护机制。实践证明,在管理及操作层面上行之有效,为建立长效机制提供了很好的解决方案。Technical parameter database of road transport vehicles improves the impartiality of the detection process in comprehensive performance, strengthening government＇s law enforcement. However, due to the fast update speed of the operating vehicles per year, the current biggest difficulty is to realize the dynamic and continuous update of da-ta. This paper , based on the current situation of Guangdong Province, studies and summarizes the dynamic mainte-nance mechanism on technical parameter database of Road transport vehicles. Practice proves effective on manage-ment and operation level, which provides a good solution to the establishment of long-term mechanism.
